When you described ex's outbursts, they s...Wow. When you described ex's outbursts, they sound so familiar to me. It's like they border on 'almost text book abuse' but may stop just short of it so they don't get in 'real' trouble. Although, what he did is truly sickening and classifies as abuse. You're doing so well. It is hard to be the vigilant one. I'm so glad you have the support you need for these altercations that can magnify everything. Most importantly, it sounds like the girls had a great time with their dad. So nice they're back and you can let go of some of that anxiety.
